Ways to Vote
Ballot by MailThe City of Douglas is having an all Ballot by Mail election for the three open council seats. This means that every eligible voter will automatically receive their ballot in the mail.
Ballot Replacement Centers
Replacement ballots will be issued if the ballot is lost, spoiled, destroyed or not received. If a voter needs a replacement ballot or prefers to vote in person, City Hall will be open on Election Day from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. Voters may also call the County Recorder's office to request a replacement ballot by mail.
