About the Clerk of the Supreme Court:
The Arizona Constitution authorizes the Supreme Court to appoint a clerk of the court and staff. The clerk attends sessions of the court, issues legal paperwork, enters all court orders, judgments, and decrees. Additionally, The Clerk’s office maintains other books of record and performs other tasks as required by law or the court. The clerk’s office keeps the court’s official files and helps in scheduling for decisions and oral arguments. The office also publishes and distributes the court’s written opinions.
