About the County Clerk of the Court:
The County Clerk of the Courts is an elected position and he or she serves a four year term. The county clerk oversees various administrative duties and assists the public in navigating the court system without offering legal advice. The County Clerk of the courts maintains records of court cases, grants marriage licenses, implements programs to help with child support enforcement, spousal maintenance, and/or parenting time in child support cases.
