Rodney Glassman is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps Reserve, experienced prosecutor, and practicing litigation attorney of nearly two decades. He is married to his law school sweetheart and the proud father of two daughters. Rodney is running for Attorney General to protect Arizona’s law enforcement, children, and prosperity while working with President Trump to secure the southern border. On day one, Rodney will withdraw Arizona from Kris Mayes’s click-bait lawsuits and rescind her political indictments. Rodney is a Trump conservative and the only candidate running with experience as a practicing attorney. As a Lieutenant Colonel, when Rodney puts on his uniform to serve at Luke Air Force Base, he leads the active-duty legal office of JAGs, paralegals, and support staff providing all the legal services for the one-star general and base squadrons commanders. He has prosecuted drug dealers and financial crimes while protecting victims of sexual assault. Rodney is also a successful litigator who has fed his family for nearly two decades as a private sector attorney. Experience matters because the Arizona Attorney General runs the largest law office in the state, with over 400 attorneys and 1,000 support staff, providing all legal services for every state agency. Protecting law enforcement means standing with law enforcement, every time. Protecting children means safeguarding school choice, keeping biological boys out of girls’ sports, combating fentanyl and human trafficking, and advocating for parents and families. Protecting prosperity means enforcing Arizona’s election laws, defending small businesses from overregulation, rooting out fraud, and ensuring Arizona’s consumers and seniors are protected. Kris Mayes is a single mom and Arizona native from Prescott who was raised by a public-school teacher and a neighborhood pharmacist. Mayes began her career as a journalist focused on holding the powerful accountable. She served a senior role in Governor Napolitano’s administration and later was elected to the Arizona Corporation Commission where she helped create thousands of good-paying jobs and saved consumers billions. In 2022, after winning the narrowest statewide race in Arizona history (280 votes), Kris Mayes revamped the Attorney General’s office to fight for lower costs, protect Arizona families, and defend our personal rights and freedoms.
I am running for reelection as Arizona’s Attorney General and your ‘Lawyer for the People.’ As Attorney General, I have fought like hell for Arizonans – lowering prices, blocking mega-mergers, addressing rising rent, stopping the flow of deadly fentanyl and protecting working families. I sued the Saudis for over pumping Arizona’s groundwater and opposed unfair electricity rate hikes by Arizona’s monopoly utilities. Working with federal partners, sheriffs, and police chiefs, I have seized more than 27 million fentanyl pills off of our streets– the most of any Attorney General in Arizona history. My office has prioritized shutting down scams, prosecuting fraud, and going after those who put Arizona seniors in danger. I blocked the federal government’s tariffs at the Supreme Court and have protected more than $1.5 billion for Arizonans with our federal lawsuits. I will continue to fight for Arizonans’ personal freedoms; securing reproductive healthcare, standing up to federal overreach, and safeguarding Arizona’s environmental future. Warren Petersen, a third-generation Gilbert resident and Gilbert High graduate, earned his bachelor’s and J.D. from ASU. He has served in the Arizona Legislature since 2012, holding key leadership roles including House Majority Leader, Rules Chair, Judiciary Chair, Ethics Committee member, and current Senate President. A lifelong advocate for limited government, low taxes, free markets, and individual rights, Petersen has championed fiscally conservative policies, religious freedom, Second Amendment protections, and crime victims’ rights.
