How Voting Works
Election day is always held on a Tuesday and voting locations are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. There are different types of voting methods, depending on the voter's county and the election taking place. Learn more about polling places, vote centers, military voters, disability rights, registration statuses and more. Don't forget, identification is required on Election Day.
