Voters should obtain their election information directly from election officials to ensure it is the most accurate and up to date information. Getting information straight from the source (election officials) is the safest approach to ensure your participation in the election process.
Citizens Clean Elections Commission
Clean Elections is the State’s voter education agency, providing voters official, non-partisan election information. This includes important election dates, how to get your ballot, and candidate information.
Secretary of State
The Secretary of State is the Chief Election Officer for the state and publishes the Election Procedures Manual.
County Election Officials
The County Recorder administers voter registration and early voting and the County Elections Office administers election day voting.

City and town clerks are the filing officer for local elections and often contract with the County Elections offices to conduct their local elections.
