Yavapai County Voters
The elections happening throughout the county are Ballot by Mail. State law allows for jurisdictions to to hold all mail elections and this means the county will automatically mail a ballot to every eligible voter. Four local elections are happening throughout the county:
- Town of Chino Valley - 3 Propositions
- City of Prescott - 13 Propositions
- Ash Fork Unified School District - Budget Question
- Sedona-Oak Creek Unified School District - M&O Override
How Can I Return My Voted Ballot?
There will be no polling places or vote centers provided for this election. Voted ballots must be returned by U.S. Mail (postage pre-paid) or dropped off at one of the drop box locations, or returned to a ballot replacement site no later than 7 PM election day. I never received my ballot?
If you never received your ballot, or it was damaged, you are able to ask the recorder's office to send a replacement ballot by mail by contacting Yavapai County no later than October 27th, the last day to request a replacement ballot by mail. You can also request a replacement ballot by visiting the voting portal and clicking on "Request a Ballot-By-Mail".
